Meet The Team!

Jim Bridgewater

Partner of BridgeWorks Heating & Cooling LLC, Jim Bridgewater is a long time resident of the Farmington Valley, CT. He graduated from New England Technical Institute (presently Lincoln Technical Institute) in 1983. He has worked in the HVACR industry for 30 years. He also was an instructor at New England Tech in the 1990’s. After working for a large corporation for many years we decided to start our own company. BridgeWorks Heating & Cooling LLC was born to fulfill the need in the industry for a trustworthy, and personalized business.

Kyle Bridgewater

Partner of BridgeWorks Heating & Cooling LLC, Kyle Bridgewater graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Technology & Engineering Education. He has worked with his father, Jim, since he was in high school. Kyle is an eagle scout and loves spending time with his family. Our goal is to build a business on trust and to earn the loyalty of each customer we work with.

David Bridgewater

Lead Technician of BridgeWorks Heating & Cooling LLC, he earned his masters from Quinnipiac University and has worked with his father, Jim, many years. David is an eagle scout and loves spending time with his family including time on his farm in the northwest hills.

Kara Bridgewater

Kara is our communications manager at BridgeWorks Heating and Cooling. She graduated cum laude from CCSU with a degree in communications and marketing.  Kara loves working alongside her family and on the weekends enjoys discovering all that Connecticut has to offer.

At BridgeWorks Heating & Cooling LLC, we provide our customers with expert installation services. We can offer multiple options for payment on approved systems up to 60 Months 0% APR financing. We stand behind all of our installs to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with their installation. If you are not completely satisfied with your installation we will work with you to make sure you are happy.
